The hotel staff was outstandingly accommodating and incredibly welcoming. The location was particularly good, with a short walk to several restaurants and easy access to the Turnpike and a 10-mile walking path.

We enjoy staying at the hotel; however, this time the pool was absolutely disgusting, unusable, and unacceptable. It was literally the color green with a film on the water and unswimmable. It's obvious that families book hotel rooms to host pool parties for kids, but the pool is not cleaned daily and you could smell the chlorine on the first floor by the elevators. My mother asked the manager when it would be cleaned and the response was that it was that color only because "a light was out." This is not an acceptable response. Unfortunately, we could not swim in it nor would we allow our children to swim in it, which was very disappointing. Hotels that decide to have indoor pools should have trained staff that maintain the pool daily. Hopefully this honest review will motivate the hotel staff to fix the solution otherwise we will start looking elsewhere to stay when we come into town.

This place offers well-equipped and spacious rooms with modern amenities, attentive staff with a good sense of humor, and excellent service along with a delicious breakfast.
